Jonas checked us in and was fantastic, although he was training someone he insured we were now delayed. He was extremely friendly, professional and well mannered when told it was a special weekend away with the wife he made sure we had the best room possible (over looking the amazing canary wharf) and 2 free drinks at the bar. And things just got better, the room was amazing staff were extremely attentive and the breakfast simply divine (fully recommended). Over all amazing stay, and hope to be back soon.

Hotel was clean, and a good bit cheaper than staying in London proper, but if you're from out of town and trying to do the tourist stuff, you might as well just stay deeper in the city. The boat only runs till about 10-11pm, so you'll end up catching one of the late busses and taking about 30 minutes to get from downtown districts to here. But it really was a lovely bar and view!

You need to make sure you book a room with the canary wharf view as that is fantastic. The other rooms don't offer such a good view or even a view at all. Excellent service and staff. Breakfast is extremely good and definitely a must. A family ticket on the Thames clipper is £50 for the whole day and well worth it.

I booked a twin room and a double. Each room was in a different part of the building, which was inconvenient when we were told we were on the same floor. We did not book breakfast but went downstairs to grab a coffee and catch up with the other party member. However, there was nowhere to get a coffee at this time in the morning. The coffee shop advertised did not exist, and there is nowhere nearby to grab a coffee either. We were only provided with 1 teabag each in the room. A terrible stay. The room was cold too, with no view out of the window. Never again!

It’s dockland so has to be at the edge of the city. From Central London it is like 15min away… located along the river Thames gives you best view of Canary Wharf skylines. The location is main attraction of this hotel. Bus ride: stop is walking distance from main entrance. We took C10 bus coming from central Waterloo. Tesco and local market shop are 10 min away hop on bus to get basic stuff. Room were spacious with aesthetic decor. Offer variety of room type facing river ( you can choose based on ur budget) We booked in for 2 nights non river view: rooms were clean and spacious, bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean., though the tub was bit small Basic utilities were provided. Ferry from the hotel connect you in a min to Canary Wharf to explore the wharf side. Overall quite overwhelming experience
