The concrete mixing plant next to the hotel is very tough! For some reason, this is not mentioned on the accommodation agency sites... well... staying next to a factory is unpleasant, to put it mildly... The USB charging port in the room does not work, you can only buy an EU adapter from the vending machine, the room door opening card always breaks, so you cannot enter the room. Paper-thin walls, almost always someone is shouting even at night, it is impossible to rest. The only positive is the breakfast, which is sublime, great!

Had a lovely stay here the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable some areas in bathroom looked a bit tired but very happy with the rooms facilities. Breakfast was lovely and great location for using public transport to get into central London. Will stay again here

I booked this hotel for convenience rather than anything else, but was blown away with the service in the hotel. All the staff are welcoming and helpful, better than other hotels I've stayed at. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be booking here again.

Me and a friend stayed at this hotel today for a concert. The staff were really friendly if we needed to ask any questions or just simply talking to us. The plug sockets in my room were quite on and off as you had to put something against your plug to keep it in fully, some sockets didn’t have that problem. We did notice a previous person had their plug and got it stuck in one of the sockets. The view wasn’t amazing but we could see the theatre that the concert was going to be held at so it did put us at ease that it was very close by. The beds were really comfy and the room in general was neat. Would definitely stay here again if we ever need too.
