I stayed here on Thursday…we checked in (which took a longer time that you would expect) finally after getting the key to our “premium room” we went up and were horrified by the state of the room. Painting off the wall, the bedding was ripped and we couldn’t have been anymore disappointed. When someone had came to ask if there was a cot in the room I asked to move rooms as we just weren’t happy and it wasn’t too standard etc. After yet another long wait (causing us to miss a booking we had made for the afternoon) we were shown to our “upgraded room” in “business class”. THIS WAS WORSE! The dust was. Awful, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the sink wasn’t draining. The staff member who had shown us to the room said the photos aren’t usually what you are getting (referring to the website) the photos couldn’t have been anymore off what we were faced with. The upgraded room was filthy, I had to buy anti bacterial spray and clean it myself before I could think about having to sleep in it. The breakfast was ok, considering the state of the room…I had prepared for worse. There was one lovely lady who was very helpful during breakfast but another member of staff couldn’t stop lurking around the table to wait for us to finish which was rude and unprofessional. I felt that the room disappointment wasn’t addressed in a professional manner. I will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

We went to Belfast for weekend and stayed at the Radisson. It was so nice our room a superior king was beautiful and good value. The staff where so friendly, and accommodated or needs with no hesitation. The ensuit in our room could do with some maintenance. For example the shower head isn't adjustable so it sprays quite far back in the bath and in turn wets the door and floor making the door chip it, it's also i bit annoying as you have to stand quite far back in the shower. the drains where a bit slow to and some extra cleaning of the grout in the shower is needed. But over all lovely and clean and the adjustable air conditioning was amazing as we where in a heatwave. The gas works bar has a brilliant selection of gin, whisky and cocktails at great prices. The Gasworks restaurant was lovely we meet the chef while making our reservation and she was so nice, the food tastes amazing and well presented. The location of the hotel is great we didn't have all the noise of the city center but we walked to it and it was less then 5 minutes I'd say with great shops restaurants and bars. We will be staying here again when we return hopefully in December.

First positives. Very good location only few minutes walk from the centre in the nice quiet area. Breakfast- decent choice if you are not a fan of full fry in the morning. Negatives. Bit old and tired with some paint peeling off in the corners, dirty tiles, old broken appliances etc. service - very weak point. After two days cleaner visited my room but all he/she did was,badly making my bed, folded but didn’t change the towel, second towel- fresh from the rack looked like used to clean a floor! didn’t replace shampoo/ shower gel. Luckily I had my own. Didn’t try to eat in the hotel restaurant. Looks very uninviting (more like train station bar). There is a good choice of eateries nearby. Overall when compared with other Radisson Blue hotels in different parts of the island its a bit of a disappointment.

Stayed here for 2 nights in the junior suite and its a great hotel.. food is nice.. and the staff were very friendly would recommend

Staff amazing - both hotel and restaurant, but the hotel is in need of maintenance and proper deep clean. Not sure if it's to do with difficulties running the business in Covid times but room prices should reflect that then. The restaurant's menu very limited but every single dish was absolutely delicious, well presented and valu for money! Breakfast was super too - multiple choices from traditional to health and everything was very fresh! All and all, we enjoyed our stay but will only go back if above improvements are made.
