Our seats were really dirty. Given they have had 18 months I thought they would have at least cleaned the seats. Let themselves down here especially with covid still with us.

Nice stadium ideally situated off major link road A500.....fans very vocal inside it can be intimidating at times. Best way to silence the crowd is away team get an early goal then dynamics change dramatically. Coach park for away fans is right outside the away end it's probably one of the best set up's to be fair. Your then whisked away with a Police escort.

Home to the potters ie. STOKE CITY F.C can be intimidating at times ( especially to the Arsenal). Fans are very passionate and has easy access to motorway network. Excellent views of the action whether a home or away supporter.

The big thing that everybody needs to be aware of is its stringent no bag policy and that they don't have any provision for storing bags during the match. If you're coming by car or coach, or live local, you won't have a biggy (or should that read baggy) problem, but what about supporters arriving by train or bicycle? I'm especially mindful of away fans. View: away fans have no restricted view and comfortable seats. Food wise....£3.50 for a tasty chicken balti pie and £4.50 for a decent pint of Marstons Pale Ale. Be aware it's called cashless only. Gents: ample space and in good nick.

Very clean and tidy football ground and very friendly staff
