Friendly staff, can easily leave your bags to wait for check in and they are happy to check you in early if they have a room available. Rooms quiet and comfy beds. Got upgraded to a deluxe room too! For the location you can’t beat the price.

Clean and comfortable in a great location. Got upgraded to a "larger" room but it wasn't exactly spacious! No fridge and only a couple of tea bags supplied (and of course, no tea pot 🙄). The bar/restaurant looked nice but the Guinness was not chilled. Never mind, plenty of good pubs nearby.

Very nice central London hotel, only let down by the breakfast. Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Good shower, comfy bed and linen and slept well. Just enough space round the bed to have suitcase and still do some exercise. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Perfectly comfortable for one person travelling for work, would be more difficult space wise for two people wanting to get ready to go out. I am used to staying in hotels in this market segment across the country so I feel I can say that the breakfast was quite poor. The coffee was undrinkable, continental offering quite meagre and the hot buffet was not kept warm enough.

Average hotel but in good location. Rooms are small with very tiny wardrobe and walk-in shower room. However, shower is decent (water hot and fairly good flow). Towels are good size. Don’t forget to turn the air con on or your’ll swelter at night! Breakfast was a bit poor. Cold with terrible scrambled eggs. It’s a shame as I ordered a poached egg and it was perfect. No options for gluten free but I took my own bread! Staff were friendly and it was no issue to store our bags nor print a piece of paper out for us.
