Incredible staff, location, and loved our room. I cannot praise this hotel enough. They made our 3 day stay in London amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort in so many ways - providing extra comforters, checking us in an hour early, and helping me use the coffee machine in the room. Just a marvelous place in a great walking accessible location to everything. I will recommend them to anyone staying in London!

I wanted to take my time to write this review, first of all thank you to all the staff in the hotel it really made us feel so welcomed. We arrived lot earlier from check in time , coming from a very long trip from Asia and the found the way to check us in , which meant the world for us. Every person of the staff welcome you with a lovely smile , specially “ED” he made our trip delightful, always willing to help , look options for us , helping us to find a spot in a restaurant and just talk about life. Have to admit the rooms are small, well they specify that on the room description , but so cozy and clean, next time I will choose a different room type :) The location is everything , literally beside the hotel is a Starbucks , and many little hidden gems , walking distance from the most emblematic parts of London. And last but not least the breakfast place of the hotel oh Lord amazing !!!! Starting from the fact the manager is always coming to your table to make sure everything is ok, the quality and flavor of the food was amazing , and the staff so lovely always with a smile. My experience was so amazing , can’t really wait to come back , and to all looking for a good hotel , amazing location , cozy This is your place :)

Great location. Seven dials is just an amazing location. There are so many quirky little shops and cafes that a weekend just isn't long enough to see it all, especially with Covent Garden just around the corner too. Easy access to many of the musicals on show in London like Mama Mia, Frozen and more. The rooms was nice if a bit warm but you can open the windows to let in some cool air. We have several amazing cocktails at the bar and the bartenders were amazing. Accommodating us even when we asked for changes to the cocktails. Highly recommended for a stay in one of London most iconic and historical areas.
