Beautiful hotel, lovely swimming pool. Room was very spacious and clean. Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast had a decent range of foods. The restaurant menu lacks vegetarian options. Would’ve been nice to have a mini fridge in room. The double bed was two singles put together which personally was a bit uncomfortable. Good value overall would recommend. Very peaceful stay.

Everything about our experience was amazing. The staff were brilliant, they were efficient, very friendly and polite and nothing was a chore for them. The rooms were lovely. The lounge rooms were magnificent. The food was outstanding. We couldn't fault it in any shape or form.

Not only is this a beautiful looking hotel with extensive grounds that the dog absolutely loved exploring, the staff and atmosphere created in the hotel is amazing. All the staff are always very happy, and we stayed over a very busy few days! Chris on check in was friendly and welcoming, then throughout our stay, all the staff that we saw and spoke to were very polite, friendly and attentive. Can't wait to return!!

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The room was absolutely lovely and very comfortable. The whole environment was clean, tidy and well presented. The food was absolutely outstanding and the restaurant area was lovely. The bar area is comfortable and inviting with a great selection of drinks. The only negative I can offer is that the cocktails (at £11) are pre-mixed. I had a strawberry mojito which was vile. Beyond this a fantastic stay and I would certainly recommend it.

Absolutely terrible from start to finish (only thing that we enjoyed was the spa, but if it's a quiet spa day or couples treat away go between 12-3pm as it is so busy with young children outside these hours, I spoke to a few guests who weren't very impressed they weren't told beforehand. Also if you don't have a treatment booked take your own dressing gown for by the pool as they are £40 each!😳). Be prepared to get new tyres on way back as so many pot holes from entrance to hotel car park. You have to take pound coins with you even though it's 2024 and most things are contactless you need cash for spa lockers and for games room. (Be prepared as we had none and they were no help). Had an evening meal in the restaurant, my partner received a burnt pizza so had to send it back. A member of staff came back 20 minutes later with the menu saying to pick something else by this time i was finished my meal and my partner didn't like anything else on the menu, so he had nothing to eat! Ran out of the dessert we asked for (Sticky toffee pudding, this was 8:30pm) They were questioning weather to refund us for half the meal of our spa package deal where we paid towards an evening meal as apparently it was for "free" even though you pay in the package £150+ for the room, spa, evening meal and breakfast! Don't expect a lie in as doors constantly banging from 6am in the corridors, either from hotel guests or cleaners. Dirty cups with rings in them at breakfast, asked for a new one and was just as dirty. Won't be returning and want everyone to be prepared it's not as classy as it looks.
