    March 2024

Constant turnover of staff. Third senior helpdesk manager in a year. We reported a noise issue many months ago. Still nothing done. Local helpdesk staff are actually nice people, very friendly and accommodating but any escalations are stonewalled by their own supervisors and they seem powerless to help us. Regus does not want to spend a penny to rectify issues and to ensure a proper experience for their clients. This is not a proper corporate environment. Offices are NOT even moderately soundproof - forget client confidentiality or commercial secrets. And if a call centre operation or just a bunch of loud kids in their 20s move in next door after you signed the lease, you are screwed. They also don't seem to vet their clients - we ended up with plebian call centre neighbours constantly using swear words, chanting, singing etc - both their male and female staff members. Nine months after reporting the issue to the helpdesk team nothing has been done. This is the worst office space I have worked in during my 20+ years of experience. I have given it two stars and not one star because the local helpdesk staff are nice and do try to help. The one star is for their useless head office.
