It was a place we went to as a Turkish place and we were disappointed with the full meaning, the menu was also so limited that there were main dishes that were not worth the price at all, although the food was ordered, the drinks came too late, we listened to the dj performance and went for a slightly different atmosphere, but we almost fell asleep, the dessert menu came after dinner, and the menu had two desserts as a joke, and we also ordered from both of them, we ate a bitter strange dessert, thinking that the kadayif dessert, the food was so bad, and we left half of the table, and we were in a restaurant that was so bad that the person we paid £74 per head, I would have fun for 1 week instead of giving this money to a hobo, I don't recommend it in any way

Hovarda in SoHo was the dissapointment of our trip. In specific the lackluster baba ghanoush that then had an extra 10 pound charge for extremely hard sour dough bread. After management asked how the food was and being honest, the lack of response was disappointing. Ultimately for the cost of food, poor service, your money is well spent elsewhere in London… the only positive was our waiter, Jesus, who was warm approachable and down to earth. The saganaki was also unique and I would recommend them to continue that unique style. When we come back to London we will not be going back and will go to other better alternatives in the area, especially for the cost.

It’s good food, although some of it was cold. Portions are very small and staff aren’t that great. The DJ and vibe are worth it though on a weekend night.

We had a nice experience with my friend for dinner, the vibe was great and the service was amazing, with a special mention for our waiter David. The +: the lounge bar area that transforms into a dance floor after 10 pm on the first floor. The food is good but a bit pricey, you deffo pay for the full complete experience! One of my favourite places for a night out in this area

My wife and I had visited Hovarda for dinner & we really liked our experience. The food was great and service was very hospitable. Our server took good care of us & our meal/drinks were served promptly. As oppose to many reviews, we found the portion size for the mains very substantial - in fact both my wife and I got portion of our mains for takeaway. As far as value of money goes, it is definitley an upmarket restaurant with high prices so guests should expect a steep bill.
