Booked Room and Parking via Holiday Extras. Great value, excellent room, easy parking and convenient shuttle to airport. Room was clean, well maintained and quiet so provided a good night's sleep before sn early flight. Would definitely recommend or use again if flying from Stansted.

Parking situation was shocking. They’ve clearly oversold the spaces so we hunted around for about 30min looking for a space. Eventually then opened up the gravel area at the back. This leads you to think you can’t leave the hotel due to loosing your space, which is fine if you’re content with paying £7 for a pint of ale. Rooms are nicely designed but air conditioning wasn’t working. It’s not the quietest being runway facing, but that’s to be expected. Would stay again if I was assured a proper parking space which is part of the paid package. Dissapointed. Further more - went out for dinner, came back to find myself having to modify the car park to park back up. Went to reception as the air conditioning was still broke. I was offered some fans/heaters. The parking situation is shocking and I will be seeking a refund on it. I’m genuinely not one to complain. Morning update - slept absolutely fine. Comfortable beds. Booked breakfast for two with Holiday Extras, but the information never got to the hotel, so we were not on the breakfast list, another Nuisance, but quickly sorted.

Great airport hotel. You park your own car on site and keys remain with you. Shuttle bus is every half an hour and always on time. Food in the restaurant is unnecessarily expensive and we always jump in car and go to Weather spoons which is 6 minutes a drive away with parking opposite it.

Good stay, friendly staff, nice clean rooms, good location for Stanstead Airport. Short bus ride away which cost £4, I found reasonable. Only criticism, when checking in, hit me with a fee for overnight parking.

Great hotel for London Stansted airport, shuttle bus leaves every 30 mins and takes 10-15 mins to get to airport. Rooms are very quiet and beds comfortable. Bathrooms nice and complete with dressing gowns and Rituals bath products. There was a slight slope from our room into our bathroom which was a small trip hazard but otherwise perfect for our needs. Overnight rate was very fair for the location. Reception staff and shuttle bus drivers all very friendly. Breakfast available from 4am but we didn't find it that good for the price - I wouldn't bother with it, plenty of options in the airport instead.
