The Phoenix Room is one of the larger hall spaces and is located within the Olympic Pavilion. Exclusive hire of the Olympic Pavilion also includes the Verandah room, the Castle Bar and Gallery. The Olympic Pavilion is adaptable and suitable for all manner of events and you can discuss the best pricing option paying hourly, DDR or minimum spend.

March 2024Nice club hall which was suitable for the event that I attended. Although finding the rugby field was easy enough, the club house itself is at the back of the area without any signage to direct you. But once I found it, it was a nice afternoon.

February 2024Lovely spot for a work conference. Chairs aren't very comfortable if sat for a long time and the buffet food was not great at all. But staff are friendly and the venue is visually appealing and spacious.
