February 2024Stayed here with my young boy (aged 4) it's brilliant. The guy on reception had sorted out a separate bed and early check in (I messaged before hand) but they didn't have to and many other hotels won't. They gave my boy a noodle in the swimming pool. Good facilities, not very busy and recommended things to do locally. Great experience

February 2024The room was clean, however could do with being refurbished as it was tired. The staff are professional, helpful and polite. The gym is good and very clean. Vicky and Liam the staff in the gym are excellent, they are so welcoming to all the gym users, a great asset to the hotel team.

December 2023What can I say about this hotel, the rooms are not bad, but you can hear other guests from the neighboring rooms. I would also say that this is an average level, nothing more. I was able to explore the pool area and was amazed. It's not exactly a good place to swim and the pool isn't in good condition. Also the steam room just didn't work. I was also very surprised by the food at the bar, it was quite expensive, but not at all tasty. If you want to have a nice dinner or lunch, keep in mind that you will need to find another place to do it. I've been to many hotels, this hotel is just to have a place to sleep, nothing more.

March 2024The rooms were old and had a funny smell. The bathroom was not good for my liking, everything seems mid 50s to 60s. The foyer smelt dump. But the service was great and welcoming, hot tub could be bigger.
