March 2023Read the reviews beforehand and was a bit worried about what I had let myself into. When we arrived we were greeted with a lovely lady on Reception. We then went to the Spa and lovely man gave our robes and towels and explained where everything was. We used the pool and the gym. We would suggest that in the pool area there is a water machine. We then went on to have our treatments the ladies were lovely. I had Katie and she couldn’t have been nicer. We ate in the hotel and food and staff were lovely. All in all we had a great time.

April 2023We had a very pleasant stay here with our 2 kids and dog. Dog was made to feel very welcome, even to the extent of a bowl of Sausages for breakfast. Lovely grounds that he enjoyed running round. The kids loved the swimming pool, with dedicated kids swimming times. The breakfast was delicious and main reception and dining areas were very attractive.

January 2024I wouldn’t stay here if you paid me, even after they’ve renovated it. Just google this hotel and you’ll get the answers you need. Shocking treatment of their staff and wedding customers just to turn a quick buck off the uk government. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

March 2024They cancelled my cousins wedding in 2023 for "reasons", and he got an email recently saying they'll be back open for business in April if he still wants to have his wedding there???
