The Ballroom is a stunning event space that can accommodate 245 guest for your wedding breakfast wit additional space in the Park Suite for 140. This is the ideal backdrop for your celebrations, with fantastic views across the river and wonderful original features, including gothic style windows and statement staircase.

December 2023It was home away from home. The room was well cleaned 👌, the toilet appliances were easy to use and the staff were very friendly. I felt so comfortable at the restaurant but I would probably had felt better if someone had informed me I would be serving myself. I got there, sat down waiting ✋️ minutes before I realized 😳 I had to help 😅 myself. Overall, it was a wonderful 😊 experience .

February 2024I stayed at this hotel with a couple of friends for the weekend as we were in town for some birthday celebrations. The service was fantastic! There was young lady in particular called Rudi who made sure all of our needs and wants were accommodated for example extra pillows and other little things we had requested. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were amazing and the hotel and grounds are lovely. I highly recommend!!

March 2024I had to change my date due to work and informed them months in advance, They declined my request and took my money anyway. I informed their customer service and they cancelled my booking as a now show so there would be no record of them declining my request. Their behaviour after the booking was even more appealing than before. Do not stay here absolutely zero policy for customer satsfaccion or retention.
