Brighton Harbour Hotel, Exclusive Hire

The staff were amazing and friendly, and all of them couldn't do enough for you. The rooms aren't so great. The blinds don't fit the windows and don't close. There was mould on the walls. It's not loads, but it's there. In there. The spa area is lovely, very relaxing, and clean with towels on hand. Water was provided , although later on it wasn't refilled, so you have to bring your own. The lounge areas are perfect for relaxation.if If the steam room door could be fixed, the spa area would be perfect To be fair, it's an old listed building that they are maintaining well.

Don't stay here, stay at one of the grander hotels along this road instead... This hotel has great potential, and great staff. But the rooms are shockingly under maintained. I did not feel like I was staying in luxury, I felt like I was in a budget travel-lodge. There was nowhere to even hang our coats up because the wardrobe was broken. The shutters were also broken. And unfortunately we didn't get much sleep because the man in the room directly upstairs from us was walking around late into the night and then early in the morning and the floorboards were so creaky it just kept waking us up. I gave feedback to the hotel verbally but they just told me to email them. The view was lovely, but we had paid extra for this. We went in January when it was cheaper but I think they should have just shut for January to catch up with their maintenance! The breakfast was excellent! But do get there early because they don't refill everything... The staff were very helpful.
