The Salt Room, The Mezzanine

Voted the Seafish Restaurant of the Year in 2017, The Salt Room is a modern British seafood restaurant on the Brighton seafront. Boasting views of the iconic West Pier, the restaurant is ideally located from all Brighton locations, including the popular wedding ceremony venue, The Bandstand. The Salt Room offers flexible dining for 10 - 120 guests in their light-filled main dining room, mezzanine, private dining room and terrace. Available for private hire seven days a week, The Salt Room has been used for corporate functions for companies like Virgin, Samsung, and Reebook, as well as private wedding celebrations. The restaurant can seat up to 90 guests inside, with further seating for 50 guests on the outdoor terrace. The private dining room can seat up to 16. The venue is perfect for those looking for a stunning venue with a focus on excellent food. There is no venue hire charge for any dates; instead, event organisers are asked to meet easily reachable minimum spends which means that every event is entirely bespoke, with the food and drink offering that works for you.

The mezzanine is the slightly raised upper floor of the restaurant, with floor to ceiling windows and direct access to the terrace. Perfect for groups of 20 - 35, hiring this part of the restaurant also give you use of the private dining room for drinks and canapés reception prior to sitting down. Used in the past for intimate wedding dinners, it is a lovely area to indulge in a bespoke feasting menu.
