June 2023Excellent hotel with super friendly stuff. They checked us in earlier as we informed them that our time of arrival had changed due to train strikes. It was very nice of them. The room Alice is small but has everything you need, and design is awesome. Breakfast is tasty with a good choice. Highly recommended!

March 2024Very pleasant stay. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you, we were able to check in 2.5 hours early. Hotel is 10 mins walk from the East Pier. Room (Moroccan) was spacious & tastefully decorated. Tea/Coffee facilities with the best homemade biscuits. One issue was the size of the en-suite. If you are a larger boned human (like myself) access to the toilet and shower is severely limited, but possible. However, there was lots of hot water, towels & washing products. Friends stayed in the Peonie & Orchid rooms & had similar comments. The biscuits were a hit. Breakfast was limited to Continental, but there is a fine selection from Porridge, fresh fruit salad, pastries, Hams & Cheeses & fresh cooked toast. The homemade lemon curd is a must try! I would recommend this hotel 100%.
