Being in such a wonderful location on the beautiful Brighton seafront, you will find that the astounding sea views and mesmerising sun sets, make up the most tranquil and romantic setting to capture your special day.
You can also enjoy your Wedding night in style in our complimentary Sea View Suite. Rest assured that you and your guests will dream in luxurious comfort.
Our flexible banqueting suites are able to cater for small or large numbers, so your reception may be an intimate gathering of family and close friends, or something more lavish.
The Renaissance Ballroom can cater for up to 220 guests seated on oval tables, while the stunning Library Terrace and Noblesse suites are perfect for smaller receptions for 100 and 60 respectively.  Our sea view Salon Prive, part of the Promenade, is ideal for an intimate wedding breakfast for up to 30 seated or 60 guests informal.
We are licensed for wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships on the Library Terrace for up to 100 guests, & in the Promenade lounge, perfect for 30 – 130 guests (sectioned areas). For larger events, our Renaissance Suite is also licensed to a maximum of 300 guests.

    Had a lovely stay, very clean and lovely staff. I loved the cosy lighting in the room, but would have liked an option of a brighter one to get ready. Also found it hard to get into the hotel at the end of our evening out, maybe reception could explain at check in that the entrance will be closed. However this did not affect our stay and I can't wait to use this Hotel again.

    Pleasant experience; after booking, we received a call from the hotel. In the room, we found a birthday card and a complimentary bottle of wine and sweets. The room was clean and fairly modern, and the breakfast was of high quality. Overall, it was an excellent choice, and we will definitely choose this hotel in the future.

    Fantastic service. Helpful, friendly staff. We visited for a weekend and we were gifted drinks at the bar and made to feel very welcome. Great choice for breakfast, with gluten free options available (cereals and cooked). Will definitely be going back. The kids loved the pool.

    We needed a relatively cheap place to stay for one night in Brighton and this place exceeded expectations. The location is brilliant - across the road from the beach, close to the pier and it backs on to the Lanes. The rooms are clean, functional and well equipped. We had an executive king room with a sea view and it included a coffee pod machine, with pods, and decent tea. The view from the room was excellent and we could even watch the sunrise over the pier. The beds are comfortable, with a choice of pillows. It is also worth mentioning the staff, who were excellent. All the staff behind the reception desk were very helpful and Ken the concierge was funny and did all he could to help us.

Last but certainly not least, I cannot speak highly enough of the breakfast served at the hotel.
