February 2024We went to Mal Mason for afternoon tea for my wife's birthday. We were looked after by Michelle (spelling may be wrong) and she was great! We had our two kids with us who we felt would not enjoy the afternoon tea and instead got them a little lunch to have and they shared our sweet treats. Michelle was very attentive and made sure that we didn't run out of drinks. The food was great and we really enjoyed our time and will definitely be returning.

February 2024Really lovely hotel and restaurant overlooking the Brighton Marina . Gorgeous views at the front over all the boats and sea beyond . Restaurant is amazing and gorgeous ambience and most delicious food ! Also terracing to enjoy in the summer. Many thanks.

January 2024Went for Sunday lunch and the following day to look at & discuss the function rooms options for a private event . We also looked at one of the bedrooms as it was open & about to be cleaned as we walked up the stairs. Sunday lunch was great , good quality food , my family eat both the chicken & beef and there was also a nice fresh salad bar. The restaurant waitress was attentive, friendly & helpful for recommendations for my children. The bedroom I saw looked spacious and nicely presented with a modern bathroom . The lady and gentleman I spoke with concerning the function room were both professional and helpful with suggestions. The hotel is a little different from some other branded hotels as it has its own individuality which is reflected in its cool interior design. Great views over the marina & sea . Recommended.

February 2024Back after 10 years and happy to experience it as good as it was the first time. I can highly recommend the deluxe seaview rooms which we combined (kids/parents). Our dog was welcomed with treats and received his own bed in the room! Absolutely perfect

March 2024Nice room, but very dark. Very clean and all staff our lovely other than the two receptionists that were working the night of 04/03/2024 me and my mum went for a dinner which was pre paid for including the hotel , however the two receptionists tried to charge us 500 pounds which was even more than the hotel itself! When i tried to ask them where this bill has came from “oh im not sure, but you owe a lot but you will just have to sort it out with the manager “ no professionalism and just letting there guests go to bed for the night stressing out they have a 500 pound bill out of no where to be paid! Also they were very rude and need better training manners dont cost nothing either. However manager did sorted it all out in the morning when checking out without no fuss and was also baffled as much as us why they said the previous night before
