Stayed for work for over 2 weeks and the service was good throughout. Rooms were well stocked and had plenty of facilities, including a fridge. Could do with an upgrade, TV was rubbish and the hairdryer was attached to the desk and had seen better days to be honest. But overall it was good.

Lovely hotel. Stayed for 3 nights here when I had to attend a course with work. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Good food. Nice, spacious, clean room. Excellent breakfast. Will stay here again if ever visiting Bristol.

Never stayed in a Novotel before and was pleasantly surprised by this one. Great location for the train station and harbour hotel. Room was really big and got a good night's sleep. Breakfast in the morning was nice. Black pudding was really thinly cut which was strange and the coffee was quite bitter but other than that would recommend it and if I'm staying in Bristol again on business would definitely look to book here first.

Good sized rooms and location, blackout curtains, comfy bed, and not too noisy. AC was turned off at night during my stay so the room became too hot in the early hours, and the pillows were as hard as a rolled up towel. Restaurant has a limited but good menu. Breakfast is average for the price.

Very basic room considering it was meant to be an executive room! Only extras you get is bathroom products and a coffee machine. Room was also not the cleanest on arrival, hand prints on windows and our room was not clean during the 3 days we stayed, which we got told that it should have been.
