February 2019Room 616 was lovely and over looks the river, still here at the moment and finding the staff really lovely all in all a very pleasant stay where having.

December 2018Great centrally located hotel, surrounded by bars and restaurants, with great views over the city's river. Have stayed here multiple times, and always found the staff to be friendly and the rooms exceptionally clean. The bathrooms have a bath and seperate shower, and there is even a TV in the bathroom, perfect for a relaxing soak in the bath, after a long day travelling. Breakfast is excellent. A great selection, and all the ingredients very high quality. One of my favourites in Bristol

January 2019Beautiful & very comfortable room. Reception and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The bar is a bit pricey and the breakfast wasn't great.

January 2019Pros - rooms nice, breakfast was decent, staff helpful. Cons - Noisy with commerical bins and truck tail lifts operating outside in the street at 5am. Also, laughing gas canister on floor in room which was a bit off putting!
