Loved it. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lots of things to see and do. I loved the fact that every now and again if u touched something or passed something it would start talking as if u were part of the ship's company. Even has different smells for different places. Some good some not so. But all in keeping with the ship. I did the gold rush talk which was really interesting and informative. I spent a good 3 hours there. And ticket is valid for a whole year.

We expected far less from our visit than we actually got. The ship and all the history (old and new) is all very interesting and presented in a fun and informative way. We arrived around midday, didn't get to see and do everything, and left just as they were closing. We were in a group of 5 adults of varying ages, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the visit. It's almost a certainty that we will return to Bristol within the year, and if we do, we will make use of the 1 year tickets again.

So wonderful to see how the old ship has been preserved. Very good layout of the site and pretty much accessible to all. The amount that has been achieved is amazing. It does cost quite a lot but I think it is worth it, and you can visit again for the year, free of charge.

Its fairly dear, but its well worth a visit. Well preserved with nearby parking, attentive, knowledgeable staff and a cute gift shop. Nearby area is great to walk around as well with lots of places to eat within a short radius. I've also been lucky enough to have a Christmas party here, this is a great venue for 100/200 odd staff. The catering is great and its a really unique place to have a party, great staff as well!

Brilliant attraction, plenty to see, laid out very well, nice interactive parts to keep children, and adults, amused. Disabled access was fantastic, far better than other attractions of its type. Bonus that the ticket lasts a year so we will return to see what we ran out of time for to begin with. Cafe offering wasn't great, I'm sure that they could do more here. Shop was good with prices being fairly reasonable. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
