The National Botanic Garden of Wales is located in the heart of Carmarthenshire's Towy Valley.
Gorgeous flower beds, dreamy lakeside walks, beautiful views, stunning modern architecture and lovingly restored historic buildings combine to make this a uniquely romantic place to get married and breathtaking backdrop for your photographs.
We cater both for marriages and civil partnerships, and all facilities are accessible to the disabled, so no-one needs to miss out on your special day.

The Great Glasshouse
This unique and unforgettable location offers not just a memorable venue but is a versatile space for any type of civil ceremony or celebration.
The Great Glasshouse is available for Civil Ceremonies and can accommodate up to 150 people.
Cost:
Ceremony Only (maximum of 150 people) - £1,200
Ceremony and Reception (maximum of 150 people) - £2,400
 
The Marquee
The elegant Marquee is situated to the rear of the main Seasons Restaurant and is classically draped in ivory. It has its own bar and private walled garden patio. This venue is available for a wide variety of functions.
The Marquee accommodates up to 150 guests in a seated dining capacity and 180 for a buffet.
Cost:
Reception (maximum of 150 people) - £1,200
 
Gallery & Courtyard
The Gallery is part of the old Stable Block and has a high arched ceiling reminiscent of church architecture. This delightful room has been tastefully converted offering a classic yet modern venue for receptions, thus all adding to the ambience.
The quiet tranquility of the Gallery makes for an ideal location for intimate events. It can accommodate up to 68 guests in a theatre style for the Ceremony. Licensed all year round for the Civil Ceremony, it is suited to smaller parties or a drinks reception prior to the wedding breakfast. The displays of artwork add to the pleasant atmosphere which encourages relaxation and conversation.
The Courtyard makes for a charming setting in the summer, whilst the indoor dining facilities can accommodate up to 40 guests.

Ceremony Only (maximum of 68 people) - £500
Ceremony and Reception (maximum of 150 people) - £1,560
 
The Outdoor Performance Stage
A beautiful oak framed open sided building set in the Outer Walled Garden.  This venue can accommodate up to 150 guests. (You will need to choose one of our other venues as a wet weather alternative.)
All facilities are accessible to the disabled.
 
The Garden's Wedding Packages includes:
FREE private car parking within the Garden.
FREE entry to the Garden for all guests.
FREE access to all areas for photographic purposes. Buggy Service available
  
Photographs
If you choose to have your ceremony elsewhere, but would like to have your photographs taken at the Garden, the cost of doing so is £120 (excluding VAT).
(For groups of up to 50 in all parts of landscape)
 
Prices current at July 2017
VAT is not included and will be added at the prevailing rate, if you choose to get married during the week, VAT will not be added.
