Lovely hotel, pleasant staff, and a great, central location. The room was big, well equipped and clean, with a massive, comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was tasty, with everything you could need. My only gripe was the shower - which would occasionally start dripping from during the night with such noise. Apart from that, I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Hotel in the centre of Cardiff. Welcoming and helpful staff throughout our stay. Room spacious although a little dated but otherwise fine. All amenities provided with nice thick towels.

Beautiful building, Fantastic location right in the heart of Cardiff. Friendly helpful staff. Room looks very tired but spacious and clean . Breakfast was delicious. Parking at rear of the building. Very convenient.

It is absolutely disgusting that they decided to charge 750 pounds per night just because the rugby was on, when they normaly charge 150 a night at the most. Had the room been great maybe I would have understood, but the room was old, tatty, dirty, too hot - the air-conditioning in the room was broken - and we had no power in any of the plug sockets. The customer service was terrible and had to be asked repeatedly for help, which they never did.
