It is not as posh as how their google image look like - In term of their outer building! The room is clean too and spacious. Great location to Cardiff, Wales 🏴 city centre!

Great service with friendly staff. I had a nice upgrade to a junior suite. Room was well equipped. I ordered room service and had breakfast both were tasty. Only five minutes walk from Cardiff central station. I'll be staying here again

Great location, the bed was comfy, shower good flow and hot, having a bathtub was great. I have 4 stars as the carpet really could do with being changed and the doors can't be shut quietly which is annoying. The view I had was of train tracks so if you want a better view then I would recommend upgrading. Other than that great hotel.

Great location in the centre of Cardiff, only a few minutes walk from the arena and cafes and bars. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I agree with other recent reviews that the rooms are looking a little tired in places, but no worst than similar brands of hotels. However, everything was very clean, we slept really well in a good comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good selection and certainly went down well. For those who want to park, the car park has limited height and space size. I’m pleased we brought the Mini instead of the Landrover!

Well we booked a superior double room to have some nice view but it was not the case, the view was a train station. The facilities of the room were quite normal the bed was not that comfortable and I really did not appreciate them printing a lot of flyers to help the guests (not a very sustainable way). Location wise was good. Staff were friendly
