We had a positive experience. I booked the venue for my child's 10th Birthday. I must say, the service by FlipOut staff was exceptional from the start to finish. All the kids who attended the party enjoyed thorough entertainment with a variety of trampolines, followed by a wonderful neon party with delicious pizza and squash.

We had a great time here for my son's birthday party. It was well maintained & well staffed- staff were friendly and knowledgeable. One boy hurt his ankle on a trampoline & 2 members of staff were straight over to support with first aid kits before I'd even seen it (he was fine!). The only drawback for me was that there's no variety of children's party food- margarita pizzas only. Chips and a veg stick selection or a simple dessert would have made this a 5 star review.

As a valid flip out customer, I am deeply disgusted. First off , the cafe area is absolutely disgusting. Food everywhere in the ground, sticky tables and took ages for any staff to serve me. Secondly, my children , aged 12 and 9, wanted to go on the inflatable course . There was no problem the first time they went on. Then the ‘staff’ switched over and when they wanted to go back on , they were told they were too tall !! You need to hire staff who will stick to their own rules . Never ever coming back 😡

Don’t waste your money especially if you have under 5’s. Full price ticket for toddlers to use a soft play area that isn’t visible from the cafe (and tiny) but you get moved on if you sit where you can see your children. Paid £2.50 to be allowed in as an adult (not sure how young children would come in without an adult!) but didn’t mind too much as that included a coffee, don’t ask for a shot of syrup though or they’ll ask for 40p!!! A salute joke after a total entry fee of £80.
