This was a cracking experience. The three of us opted for the gin tea and it was jolly good fun. Our attendant (didn’t catch his name but he was on the 12pm tour on 04/02/2024) was so friendly, attentive and definitely went the extra mile! It can be a little bumpy and the seats are a little neat but all part of the experience and what a feed you get! Thank you for a great time.

Food was fine but nothing special. We were asked to move to 12pm because we were the only people booked on the 3pm tour which wasn’t ideal as we had to move some other things around. The staff were nice. Worth noting that it isn’t a ‘tour’ - they mention a couple of facts and that’s about it. Worst part was that the windows were fogged up - so when they did mention something ‘to your left you’ll see x’ you couldn’t actually see anything because the windows were so badly fogged! It’s worth mentioning that their team clearly know this is an issue because one staff member came round (once only) and wiped all the windows, which helped for about 10 mins. I left with a wet jumper sleeve due to constantly having to wipe the window. Music is good (80’s hits), when not interrupted by adverts. It’s clear that they use basic Spotify playlist or YouTube which plays ads in between - VERY budget. They had two stops - one for a loo break in the first 15 mins (which is very pointless for a 1.5 hour tour) and another to take photos of being in the driver’s seat - this again is really poor. Funnily enough nobody wanted to do this because we aren’t children!! So those two stops probably wasted at least 20-30 mins of the ‘tour’. If you’re looking for a tour, I highly recommend you don’t book onto this. For how much it was worth, you are far better off just buying some snacks for £5, putting some headphones on, and hopping on a random local bus where you can see through the windows - you’ll have a higher chance of seeing more of the city. Very disappointing.
