"Heaven Club is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for an unforgettable night out in London. This iconic gay superclub has been at the heart of the city's LGBT scene for the last four decades, and it's easy to see why. From the moment you step inside, you're transported to another world, filled with pumping music, stunning visuals, and an electric atmosphere that's hard to beat. One of the highlights of Heaven Club is the legendary G-A-Y night, which has been running for years and never fails to deliver an amazing experience. The DJs are top-notch, the drinks are delicious, and the crowd is always friendly and welcoming. Whether you're looking to dance the night away, meet new people, or just soak up the incredible energy of this iconic venue, Heaven Club is the place to be. Overall, I would highly recommend Heaven Club to anyone looking for a vibrant, inclusive, and unforgettable night out in London. It's a true gem in the city's nightlife scene, and I can't wait to go back."

The staff working here seem to think they work at Berghain or Heathrow airport, god forbid you show any sign of excitement or are a bit clumsy and you're out. A friend and I were chatting in the line and as she walked up she didn't see a railing and bumped into it, the security asked what she had and she said truthfully nothing. The security guard wasn't satisfied and told her to get out of the line. I just opened my mouth to defend my friend since it was a honest mistake and she was sober and I was kicked out too? They run the lines outside like some sort or dictatorship as if this isn't a nightclub? A group infront of us as well was excited and chatting along and without any word from security were all kicked out of the line too. Is this how you treat paying customers? The music and the vibe inside otherwise has always been amazing but the staff outside are rude and accusatory and sours your mood. This used to be my go to nightclub but I'll be thinking twice before coming here again.

In early February, my experience at the club was quite disappointing. After queuing outside for half an hour, we finally entered upon paying £11 per person. However, the next hurdle was the cloakroom, where they unexpectedly charged me £4 for my jacket and sweatshirt. The staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming, making us feel like we were an inconvenience. Cocktails started at £9, and the bartender lacked hospitality. Although the music was good, there was no space for dancing; people were either leaning against each other or crowding the bar. Surprisingly, women made up 50-60% of the crowd, contrary to expectations. Overall, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, akin to being at a railway station where everyone is unwelcome. The prices were high, and the service left much to be desired.
