Cancellation policy
If The Client cancels The Event, cancellation notice must be given in writing. In each case, the percentage charge applies to the estimated total for The Event. In respect of cancellations prior to the date of The Event, the following charges will be due: • For cancellations 28 days prior to the start date – no charge; • For cancellations between 4 weeks and 1 week prior to the start date – 50%; • For cancellations between 1 week and 48 hours prior to the start date – 80%; • For cancellations within 48 hours prior to the start date – 100%. Should The Client be able to re-book a similar event of similar value at a time acceptable to The Club, 25% of the cancellation charge will be credited to the re-booked event.
