Attended an event here with a sit down meal. Lovely food and great service. Beautiful decor and generally nice atmosphere. The bar is small so got busy quickly and drinks were expensive. Overall a perfect place for a posh event!

The Queens is becoming our second home...our go to escape ...to relax and unwind .. and we love it ...everytime we stay ..we never want to leave ! The service from reception , the greeting is just so warm and welcoming! The rooms are wonderful , the comfort of the room is outstanding! The breakfast as ever is just THE BEST ! We honestly cannot thank you enough for looking after us once again .. My wife and I had a 2 night stay 27/28 Feb. We were made very welcome and had a very spacious, well appointed room. The staff were very helpful - Jack and Georgia on reception in particular. Breakfast was magnificent. My only criticism was the parking charge. I feel that free parking should be one of the facilities of a good hotel. All in all we were pleased and would gladly return not least because the central position of the hotel made it easy to enjoy Cheltenham.

We had Sunday lunch. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, especially the birthday plate! Only thing letting it down was no tablecloth and the dress code seemed very casual, not what I expected.
