A full-height atrium creates an impressive entrance to this centre which is in a very modern three-storey building on a prime site in Chester Business Park. Over 7,500 people work in this popular 175 acre landscaped business environment for a range of well respected companies in fields ranging from financial services and pharmaceuticals to packaging, retail, training and overseas property. It is in a fantastic location just south of Chester with easy access to the major business towns and regions of the north and superb transport links to Warrington, Liverpool, Manchester and North Wales. For many businesses, Cheshire is synonymous with innovation and cutting-edge development and a strong cross-section of industries call the region home, although 80 per cent or the workforce is employed in the service sector, in tourism, retail, public administration and financial services. Other nearby industries include aircraft manufacture and food processing plants.
The space is 18 sqm and benefits from natural daylight.

Not bad offices. Bit of a rip off charging for visitors to the centre, no choice as limited parking on area but would of thought encourage people visiting businesses there

I've worked with clients who rent office space here for a few years, price increases on rent are absolutely obscene and they now charge the tenants to park their too! One of my clients pays £9500/month for office space and is now expected to pay for parking on top!

Very expensive and even worse charging for car park so if you had a number of staff working in the office you prob end up paying more for the parking than office charge even though they expensive as they say big suppliers can get greedy.
