The hotel was convenient for our needs. The room was clean, and the breakfast was adequate, although limited. The staff was very friendly, but not terribly helpful when it came for guidance on getting around and dining.

Staff is very nice and friendly, Pradina, helped us with any problems we had with our key cards and was very kind when doing so! She has great customer service skills. The breakfast was pretty good and the serving staff was very kind to us and our whole tour group. The blonde woman made us feel very welcome and even let the cooks know our group of 22 would be coming to eat early in the morning as soon as they opened since we were going to be leaving pretty early.

Sweta is a wonderful part of the staff. Very kind and helpful. The food was very good. i think our room was down graded for some reason and we were not able to change. The 1st level carpet should be replaced. My sister and I felt like we were in a different room and then the system was manipulated to move us down there. Everything else - like restaurant staff are great. Would eat here if not stay here in the future. Sweta deserves a bonus!

Good rooms for the price, breakfast was a decent buffet. Helpful staff. Dinner service was disappointing and waited over an hour for a meal which tasted ok but then dessert came and was burnt, offered free drinks as compensation. As long as you avoid dinner here the experience was worth the price.

Just got back from an 8 day stay and this hotel was a disappointment. The outside and inside the lobby are beautiful. The room was shabby with old stained carpets and bed bases as well as a broken bed. The bathroom sink would stop up, there was mold on the ceiling, and there was no bath mat provided for a very slippery tub,, even though there was a clear sign in the bathroom that there should be one and when we asked for one, we never got it. The room didn't get vacuumed everyday but they would make our beds almost everyday, wipe down the bathroom and leave us extra towels and take out the rubbish. Thank goodness the rooms ac worked. Nobody ever answers the phone at the front desk so you always had to leave the room which wasn't always convenient. The only amenity was an old broken hair dryer which was plugged in inside a drawer which, to me, was to prevent it from getting stolen. Though they did give us another. The sink was also fixed halfway through our stay and the broken bed was replaced on day 7 so at least that's something. The maintenence man was friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk staff was nice but the place isn't well maintained and managers listen to complaints with a deaf ear which is no way to deal with the problem. With some upkeep, it could be a 4 star place but as it is now, I would only rate it 2 star.
