The Bonham is a boutique hotel in Scotland with a very contemporary spirit. It occupies a series of Victorian buildings in the West End of Edinburgh, whose soaring natural proportions have allowed us to create a truly dynamic set of rooms and public spaces.
Newly refurbished in 2019, No. 35 at The Bonham offers a stylish and unique venue for your next event or private dinner.
The restaurant can be used exclusively for larger dinners of up to 60 guests or
the room can be split into 2 areas, offering space for 40 guests to dine with an adjoining bar area. Wonderful original panelling and glittering chandeliers provide the perfect backdrop for any event, large or small.
A unique feature of No. 35 is the stunning view out to Dean Parish Church and the very stylish fabric wall panels that have been installed - these ensure that your meetings and events get the most from our peaceful location.

Had a wonderful surprise lunch for 40, and it was absolutely perfect. Staff looked after us really well. The food was beautiful. We were booked from 12.00 until 5.00. Over 12 of us didn't leave until after 9.00pm. Many thanks again for your fine attention to detail.

My husband and I stayed at the Bonham for our honeymoon in March (so this review is a little overdue!) and we couldn't have been happier! The hotel and room were so beautiful and comfortable and the view was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and we felt really looked after. It was the perfect place for honeymoon and felt like real luxury.

We stayed for three nights midweek on our first visit to Edinburgh. The room was clean and quiet, with good stocks of hot drinks and biscuits. Towels, bathrobes and housekeeping were all good. Service at reception, in the bar and at breakfast was kind and responsive. We were disappointed to find that the restaurant is not open midweek, so we can't comment on the dining. Burgers in the bar weren't bad, and we enjoyed both cocktails and mocktails. Breakfast is varied and excellent, in a beautiful room. The photo shows the Scottish breakfast, with exceptional haggis from a local butcher.
