January 2023Stayed for my wife's late birthday present. The room was smaller than expected for the upgrade, but was to a great standard. The bar manager Sophie made the stay even more special by giving the best customer service we have had at any hotel. Her attention to detail was amazing and made a fuss of my wife as she knew it was her birthday. We would definitely stay here again, mainly due to the staff. Would highly recommend the place.
