April 2024This hotel has met and exceeded my expectations. The rooms are above standard , well kept, layout is well thought out and designed. Great for families, and the hotel is in a great location. The executive lounge is standard, but spacious. The restaurant and the breakfast were great! I cannot emphasize how good the scrambled eggs were — truly one of the best I’ve had! I have absolutely nothing to provide in the way of constructive feedback, everything was at or above expectations for rooms, furniture , design, cleanliness, accessibility, and food choices. Good job!

April 2024Lovely hotel comfortable air conditioned room, and given complimentary upgrade on arrival. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good but bacon and sausages need to be cooked better, and coffee machine kept breaking, other than that everything else was perfect.

March 2024What a great hotel. Concierge, front desk, hospitality staff, breakfast and family room were all just perfect for my family of 5. Great location near 2 tube stops and many walk-able attractions. We loved how it wasn't in the middle of the touristy locations...but close enough to get to anything easily. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved it from start to finish

April 2024This hotel is right in the Knightsbridge area, about - 8 minute walk from Earl's Court tube station. The hotel is situated right in front of a big Sainsbury's supermarket. Walking distance fron Hyde Park, Kensington Palace. Buses are right outside that takes you to Mayfair, central London etc. Very convenient to everywhere. The room itself was very clean - I stayed in the Superior Deluxe Queen. Bed was comfy and they also noted my preferences and added extra firm pillows and hotel slippers. Staff was amazing and pleasant especially Alessandros. Thanks again!

January 2024Very descent hotel to enjoy your stay in London. Just 15 minutes walk to Hyde Park/Kensington Palace. On you way you will pass many nice shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet has plenty of nice food options. Rooms are clean and very sound proof. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to stay here.
