Cancellation policy

For groups Up to 30 days before the event, the penalty fees shall be equal to the deposit amount paid or due to be paid at the cancellation date. Between 29 days and the event date, the penalty fees shall be equal to 100% of the total amount For individuals Up to 7 days before the event, the penalty fees shall be equal to the deposit amount paid (1 night or 1 day delegate rate). Between 6 days and the event date, the penalty fees shall be equal to 50% of the individual total amount booked. In case of no shows: deposits are not refunded.

    My partner booked a spa package for myself and my best friend on Wednesday 21st Feb. The hot stone massage was 5 ⭐️ and I would highly recommend! Staff were friendly and accommodating and the afternoon tea was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. Nothing was too trouble. Excellent value for money and would definitely visit again.

    Had a lovely weekend stay here. The evening meal we had in the restaurant was lovely, delicious food at a reasonable price and very well presented. Staff throughout were helpful and friendly. Room was fine , warm and light albeit it could have done with a bit of TLC. Only complaint is there was no information in the room on menus, drinks services etc . Would happily return.😁

    We signed up for 2 months spa membership over December and January. Although the spa facilities need a little work, the staff cannot do enough to be helpful and kind both on the front desk but especially in the spa. The facilities are good and nice that you dont have to bring a towel. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are really good. We would recommend anyone to come here.

    (Booked under the name of Chloe Shilson)I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. We had an unknown guest enter our room on day of checkout, they had been given the room before we had even had the chance to leave. Please note that this all happened BEFORE checkout time. My friend was in the middle of changing her clothes! Appalling customer service from front desk once the issue had been raised, she even smirked to herself as we were informing her. I had called a senior staff member the day after who informed me no staff informed her of this in their handover meeting so she had no reason to believe the complaint??? She also told me I should have some understanding that the front desk gets busy??? Our security and privacy was completely comprised!! No compensation granted and awful customer service. You’re better off booking hotel celebrity!
