We’re a little brewer, and a little unusual. We mature our beer with oak, producing unique flavours and a range of beers that are finding friends around the world (touch wood).

Everything we stock in our bars is the cream of the crop – an expert edit of beers from our like-minded brewing cousins around the globe alongside exceptional, flavour packed food. We boast draught and bottled beers from around the world, and often include Innis & Gunn bottlings not available anywhere else. There’s an inviting range of cocktails, wines and spirits to suit every palate and the friendly staff are always on hand to recommend ingenious pairings. Using fresh produce, locally sourced where possible, our dishes combine classic cooking with creativity and food is served throughout the day from breakfast boosts to hearty suppers, plus bar bites if you just need a nibble.
