We went to Epsom Odeon last night and Lawrence offered us the most amazing customer service when we couldn't activate our voucher codes. Very good seats were decliners which made the experience pleasant to be able to rest and watch the film. Very clean and felt safe.

Love the reclining seats in this cinema! Very clean cinema (incl toilets),hand sanitizer readily available. Close to lots of parking options.

First time at this cinema and first time at a cinema since lockdown. And it was great. Brilliant seats. They just need to teach the kids behind the jump how to pour a pint so it doesn't have a 6 inch head. But otherwise great.

Never disappoints with its great (covid safe) service. All food and drink ordered digitally upon arrival and I have never felt more comfortable in the new armchairs they have. Great experience
