Lovely gastro pub. Nice decor. Excellent staff. Food seemed pricey but the portions were huge and were really good.

Nice little pub. Stopped in for a meal with friends and the food was very good. Prices on par with everything else in the area. Drinks prices a little steep. At least dick Turpin wore a mask. £11 for a single rum and coke and a single vodka and coke. Other than that a good night was had by all

I went on a night following a race meeting at Sandown and although it's quite big it was unbearably crowded. Literally. I had to leave. Probably unfair to give it the 2 stars I felt like giving because it looked like a nice pub and it is probably so crowded because people like it so I have given the 4 it probably deserves. Just not the place for a quiet drink on a race night!

Large well established Young's pub right in the heart of Esher. Ample seating inside and a spacious garden great for whiling away sunny Summer afternoons in. A great selection of beers on tap including some from other breweries which was good to see. A varied menu, although you will find better value elsewhere, portions could be a little bigger when compared against price.

We stayed at The Bear Hotel at the weekend. This hotel is really nice. It was a good stay until we woke up to find that the car had been broken into via rear window. We were parked on the main Hotel Car Park in plain sight and closest to main hotel building and were quickly informed that the CCTV did'nt pick anything up. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN LEAVING YOUR CAR OVERNIGHT HERE! The Australian member of staff was very helpful and helped us clean up. Disappointed that no discount was offered on our stay or gesture of goodwill not even a reduction on our bar tab on check out.
