Food was excellent, lots of it, bit of light entertainment with the chef show/cooking. Service was good, but had to wait almost 1hr for starters and had to remind them to bring drinks out. Would be happy to go back again.

Cannot fault the food or the chefs, they made our dinning experience. Although we had quite a wait between our starters and mains. Service from the waitress was poor. We felt it was rushed. Some of us were still eating our starters and she was clearing the plates. Literally took my son’s plate away whilst he was eating. Also leaning over you as you’re eating to collect the rice bowls. Felt it was a little rude. I was always taught to wait till everyone had finished before clearing a table. We also got charge for an extra drink despite half of us not having our 3 drinks that were included. We did explain this to the waitress but were told we had to be charged. I felt the boozy brunch would be great value if you were starting a night out but for a group with kids and drivers not so much. You’re definitely paying for the experience.

Quite an overstimulating restaurant. First time visiting Sapporo and unfortunately I won't be returning. The service was very slow. We arrived for our reservation at 7:45pm and got to actually eat our main meal at 9pm. For the food I got it was not worth the money charged and involuntary tip on top. £44 for 2 spring rolls, prawns and shared sides (underwhelming dry "sautéed" potatoes and egg fried rice with veggies). I did enjoy the mocktails they served though so 2 stars for that.
