January 2025I am so glad we found this little parent's paradise. I have to travel a couple of hours to get here, as there's nothing similar in my area (hint hint, please expand all over the south east), but it's worth it. We've just joined and already my daughter loves it here. She has some additional needs which means it's hard to find the right childcare, but the crèche staff are so lovely, engaging and on the ball. They take their role seriously but are also relaxed and friendly. I feel relaxed here, the staff are welcoming , the atmosphere is peaceful. The food in the restaurant is really nice and you can get a decent children's meal for free with some adult dishes. I'm so glad the menu is healthy and encouraging for children to eat well. I've been searching (dreaming) for a place for years now, and finally found it. The studios are really lovely and for some reason the soothing gym decor and quietness makes me actually want to exercise. İt's just good to be somewhere where you have a choice of things to do all day and can be there with your child. Hoping to be a member for a good while.

December 2024It’s been 3 months since I become a member of this family club and I couldn’t be more happy. My son and I enjoy coming every day. He usually stays 3 hours at the crèche while I do classes such as reformer, Pilates, barre, or simply relax in the living room. The food is also good and the people who work there are very friendly and understanding about a mom needs.

November 2024We have been members of Jaego's since they first opened, and while it was an absolute haven for us for the first year, we feel the club has really declined in the last year. As many other reviewers have highlighted, the club is frankly really poorly managed. The poor management is now even more evident now that the club have accepted far too many members. Every time we go, it is completely rammed and the facilities are rather disgusting, to the point where we just don't have the desire to go any longer. There aren't enough staff generally, and the staff that are there - barring a few exceptions - are not well-trained or attentive. For example, it takes forever to be served in the restaurant, and the facilities are not cleaned properly. Some members are simply disrespectful in their lack of hygiene and cleanliness, but it is worsened by staff that don't maintain the facilities and uphold a certain standard of cleanliness. It is also impossible to book parking, classes and the creche when you want, defeating the purpose of the benefits you receive with membership. We also considered hosting our child's birthday party at the club, but their fees are much more expensive than any other children's birthday party venue. You would think they would provide a bit of a discount for members but they don't. To top it all off, when we were coordinating with the events team about our child's party, we asked them to provide a few dates in a specific month, and they didn't bother responding, so we decided to book elsewhere. In a similar vein, these days, whenever you contact the team to provide feedback about the club, they just don't respond. We are now considering cancelling our membership. As with other negative reviews, the team will probably reply to this review saying 'sorry to hear...' but nothing will be done to rectify the issues highlighted.

January 2025We joined mainly so I could use the co-working space while my child was in the club house. The co-working space which we reviewed and were sold on was a large top floor area with 8 meeting booths. One space was a "silent" area and the other was a public space where meetings could happen. Due to a "health and safety" issue in the roof the co-working space was moved into a separate building less than half the original size and with only 2 meeting booths (one of which has no wifi coverage). As you can imagine its now rammed, a horrible place to work, impossible to get a meeting booth and no one respects the "silent" rule meaning you have 5+ people on calls loudly talking. I have stopped going and our attendance to Jaego's is now rare. We are planning to cancel our membership in the current months.
