June 2018Stayed here now a couple of time for special occasions and it is always so lovely when we do. They try their best to accommodate our requests whenever possible and they usually find a way which is really great. Always positive the staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and offer great amenities. Some rooms offer lovely balcony views and that's not always possible in London. Situated on a quiet road away from the hussle of the city but minutes walk from harrods and the underground. Definitely would stay here again.

November 2024Always a very pleasant experience at Jumeirah Lowndes. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and it feels like a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Health Club at the sister property the Carlton Tower is excellent also. It’s also a lovely London location.

October 2024The hotel was excellent—clean rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities. However, the recent menu change at the restaurant was disappointing. The new options were limited and lacked flavor compared to past visits. Everything else was great, but I’d suggest dining elsewhere until they improve the menu.

December 2024Beware….Dry hotel now…… no alcohol being served at the bar or restaurant. Breakfast selection very poor on b&b rate. Not a problem with it being dry ….but we were only told when we checked in …so wouldn’t of stayed here
