June 2024Amazing location in a quite street behind the chaos of Ofrord Street. I choose to stay here often. Excellent breakfast and a good restaurant. Rooms on the small side, of course it's London. Be warned, there are tiny single rooms and you couks struggle in this if adult size! Winding corridors and narrow passageway, tiny lift make up the charch of this hotel. If you don't want this, book elsewhere.

July 2024Tiny rooms, but very well kept and my room had a newly renovated and super clean bathroom. Location right next to Oxford Street good for those heading there. Stayed for work myself.

August 2024So I booked 7 rooms for 2 nights for my team and 6 of them had no air conditioning last night to a point and they couldn’t sleep at all! The team at the hotel did not solve the problem or offer any alternative at all! I am baffled by the sheer negligence by Radisson! Never booking this one again!!!
