May 2024We had the best experience with Jelani. He was the best bartender knows about all the good drinks and very friendly and knowledgeable. Has great recommendations about visiting London. The hotel in general is very cool and artistic. Very clean and organized. The staff are very helpful and always great you with a smile. Only thing worth mentioning is no laundry on site, they do have laundry service for extra charge. Highly recommend this hotel and check out the bar/ restaurant

July 2024This would have to be one of my favourite hotels. The interiors are so quirky and are a true representation of London. The room was spacious and very clean. The service was excellent. Thank-you Qasim for going above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Thank-you Jelani for the fantastic cocktails and friendly chats. The food was pretty good too. This hotel is located in zone 1 and is in a relatively convenient location.

June 2024Where to even start ! Everything from start to finish was immaculate. 10/10. 0 complaints. The staff couldn’t be any nicer or do enough for you. The housekeeping were the exact same also. We stayed in a suite and it was everything and more. We ended up booking an extra night we enjoyed it so much. Defo our new go to when in London. Thanks so much for the pleasant stay !

May 2024Great retreat to explore the city from. We really enjoyed our weekend and our stay at nhow London with the kids. Great food at Guilty both for breakfast and lunch. Rooms were really nice and spacious; thank you for the interconnecting rooms! Loved the trendy and funky design. A big thank you to the front desk and restaurant staff; nothing was too much trouble. We'll be coming back soon! 😀
