I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rüya in London, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The **smoked aubergine** was a standout dish—perfectly crispy on the outside and wonderfully seasoned. It offered a depth of flavor that was both rich and satisfying. We also tried the **sea bass carpaccio**, which was a refreshing and delightful take on ceviche. The delicate slices of fish were complemented by a vibrant and zesty dressing that brought the dish to life. The **truffle pide** was simply divine, with a beautiful balance of earthy truffle flavors on a perfectly baked, crispy base. It’s a must-try for any truffle lover! Lastly, the **24-hour slow-cooked beef ribs** were a masterpiece. Tender, juicy, and full of flavor, they were cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth. Overall, Rüya offers a remarkable dining experience with creative and flavorful dishes. Highly recommended for anyone looking to indulge in a truly memorable meal in London!

Visited RUYA London and loved it! The decor was stunning, and the food was fantastic. Highlights included the feta cheese and goat curd with pistachio, the tender octopus with fava beans, and the flavorful truffle pide. The sea bass with pistachio crust was excellent, and desserts like kanefeh and sikolata were top-notch. Special thanks to Can for the excellent service. We used The Fork app to get discount on the food. Definitely worth it.

I recently dined at Ruya London and it was a delightful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing the rich and vibrant flavors of Anatolian cuisine. Each dish was expertly prepared, and the spices and ingredients used were both authentic and fresh, transporting me to the heart of Anatolia with every bite. While the portions were on the smaller side, the quality of the food more than made up for it. Every plate was beautifully presented, and the attention to detail was evident in both taste and appearance. The intimate portion sizes allowed us to try a variety of dishes, each one a unique culinary delight. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with a staff that was both knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend Ruya for anyone looking to explore the flavours of Anatolian cuisine. It’s a must-visit for food enthusiasts who appreciate taste and authenticity.

I recently dined at Ruya London and was impressed by the blend of modern ambiance and authentic Anatolian flavours. The Chicken Şiş was a standout, tender and flavorful, while the Baklava offered a perfect sweet ending. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. While it’s a bit on the pricier side, the quality of both the food and atmosphere makes it worth the visit. Ideal for a special night out or anyone looking to explore Turkish cuisine in an upscale setting
