Located in the creative Northern Quarter of Manchester, we are a fiercely proud independent bar and kitchen offering our unique babs, burgers, salad bowls and meze. Our menu is carefully crafted using the best of locally-sourced ingredients, vibrant flavours and homemade marinades and sauces all prepared on site by our talented team of chefs

Bab’s private room has a strong reputation for offering a unique space for a wide range of events – birthday parties, corporate events, presentations, quiz nights, graduations and relaxed wedding celebrations.
Our private room is equipped with its own bar, toilets, screen/projector, microphone and DJ booth. It’s suitable for 30-100 guests and is available 7 days a week from midday until late (1am licence is available for all private events).
Our recently refurbished private room is the perfect location for your next event! With a capacity of 100 guests, its own bar and toilets, dedicated DJ booth, screen/projector, it's a flexible space suitable for a wide range of events. We can cater for any celebration, quiz, work party, hen party and meeting to name but a few.

For any cancellations made at least 2-weeks before an event, we will refund your deposit in full. For any cancellations made later than that, no refund will be due.

April 2025Food fantastic massive portions and the host absolutely brilliant. The place is so cozy welcoming, warm and so relaxing. Cocktails fabulous classy and yet satisfactory. Would definitely recommend.

June 2025Food has gone downhill. Great lunch deal but not when the chicken is cold, it was cooked but still cold. Flatbread was dry, stale and fell apart. Chips had a weird sweet seasoning. Service was ok, felt rushed and not very welcoming. Everything used to be fresh.
