Bab, Cocktail Bar

Bab is a vibrant restaurant and bar situated in Manchester’s bustling Northern Quarter.

We’re all about bold flavours, locally-sourced ingredients and homemade marinades and sauces. Watch our team of creative chefs make fresh flatbreads, from scratch, in our open theatre-style kitchen. We cook all of our breads on a robata grill, giving each kebab that unique charcoal flavour.

As well as Babs, we offer a selection of tasty non-Babs, meze dishes and desserts.

Our ever-growing drinks list includes freshly made iced teas, cocktails and a wide variety of beers, wines and soft drinks. Why not try one of our Bab-tails – show-stopping cocktails created by our very own mixologist!

So, come hungry, pull up a chair and enjoy a kebab worth sitting down for then stay to enjoy a cocktail or three.

Due to popular demand we recently expanded BAB – meaning more space to serve up our delicious kebabs.

But it also means we now have an amazing space for late night cocktails and DJs playing the best in disco, funk and soul until the wee hours; it just keeps getting better doesn’t it!

From signature cocktails to our prosecco filled ‘BUBs’, through to sweet and savoury choices and just the plain outrageous.
