June 2024DO NOT HELP WITH UNFAIR PARKING FINES WHEN YOU HAVE A VALID PERMIT TO PARK - AVOID! I worked at serendipity labs for just under 1 year through my company where we had parking paid for with a permit at exchange quay in the multistory car park through serendipity labs. I had a courtesy car for a few days where I had emailed the staff to add the vehicle to system and still received over 10 parking fines whilst having a valid permit to park. This is something that had happened to a colleague of mine before so I went to the team in charge as instructed by the parking company who also advised they can remove the tickets for me. NOTHING WAS DONE. 3 MONTHS LATER AND I'M BEING BOMBARDED WITH MORE TICKETS. I have proof of them removing them in the past for someone else who didn't even register the car to the system during the time they had it yet they refuse to remove mine. I'm now getting debt letters and court threats for fines I have no reason to have to pay and the people who are supposed to help resolve such issues are too incompetent telling me I'll need to just 'sort it out myself'. You was pretty good to begin but shocking and incompetent staff to matters where they're really needed with hypocrisy through and through when you can fix an issue for one person but not the same one for another.
