Fantastic hotel with friendly staff. Excellent meal at night. Breakfast was okay, choice was a little sparse when we came down at 10am. Room was comfortable. Would definitely come back. We all enjoyed it. The staff are amazing.👍💙

This place looks great in the pictures but in reality it is a very dilapidated and shabby hotel, desperately in need of cleaning and renovation. The rooms are basic and not particularly clean (far from "luxury"); the towels are musty; the breakfast is unappetizing and served in a dining room that smells like a locker room; the WiFi is slow and must be reconnected to every use. Friendly front-desk staff do the best they can, but I wouldn't choose this place again at any price. My 1st floor view of the Waitrose dumpsters (loudly emptied around 6 am) didn't help.
