Myself and family stayed for 5 nights in January and the rooms we had were lovely. Very warm, spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection from hot food, full English, fresh fruit, cereals, pastries etc, fresh juices, selection of coffees and teas. The building and entrance/foyer is beautiful and, again, very clean. Friendly staff and management who are always there to help and assist you. The Met is close to all amenities ie shops, bars, restaurants, train station. Will be definitely staying again and would recommend this hotel if staying in Leeds centre.

A lovely hotel for a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and relatively quiet, and the staff are very helpful and efficient. The room decor is a bit tired and corridor layout can be slightly confusing but overall a nice place to stay. It seems to be a hub for business events and for that purpose it's perfect as the meeting rooms are modern and accessible. The hotel has its own car park over 2 levels but the spaces are limited and it's quite cramped. It might not be suitable for larger vehicles or anyone who's not comfortable reversing and manoeuvring in tight spaces.

The hotel is centrally located with much to do in just a short walk. Train station and shopping centre 5 mins away. Staff were great and very friendly. Our room was in poor state of repair, our friends who stayed had a recently refurbished room and said it had been completed to a high standard.

The hotel is tired and in need of upgrades. Rooms would have been a good standard in the 1990s but unfortunately not now. Premier inn rooms are better equipped and larger. It is clean and staff are great but not competitive with other city centre hotels. Would not choose again.

The location is very central and close to the train station which is convenient. The front of the building is scaffold stricken which is understandable, but a little unnerving when it is outside your room window. The main reception is quite nice, but the corridors and rooms are really old and consequently very very tired. Paint in rooms is peeling and worn, the bathroom was covered in mastic filler. But the shower worked and the room was clean, if you do not count the carpet adjacent to the walls or the windows. Staff were friendly and courteous.
